Usually our price list only for old clients,who repeat order often, as a new buyer,you won't order all items in your first order, so better to check out the models and quantity that you need, then we can give you our best quotation.
3. About the shipment: what type of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the products by air freight to your nearest airport,it's fast and cost lower than express.Big order, we may ship by sea container.
4. About payment: what terms of payment do you use?
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union as payment term for small order and L/C for larger order.
5. About the MOQ: What is your minimum order qty?
Our minimum order qty is 100pcs each model, but we accept small order as trial order.
6. About the defect rate and warranty: What is the defect rate of your cartridges?How long for warranty?
For Epson and Canon brand new ink cartridge, the defect rate is below 0.3%. For HP & Lexmark black ink cartridge & toner cartridge is about 1%. For HP color ink cartridge and toner cartridge is about 2-3%.
From 18 months to 24 months warranty. It depends on different products. We may replace unqualified products with qualified ones on following order after receiving buyer's unqualified products.
7, About compensation: what is your company's compensation policy?
We can compensate buyer's loss if our products have quality problem. For small qty problem products, we can replace with new products in next order. For larger qty problem products, we can accept returned problematic products, then we check them and replace them by good quality products.
8. About OEM: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in China?
